All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We currently offer shipping within the USA only.

Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping:

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Tchio’s Royal Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will gladly assist you.
